It has been my experience that how a company treats problems is far more important then how things go smoothly as expected. I have a special needs daughter who needed to have a new screen for her phone. Like most teens her phone is her everything. Unfortunately they did not have the screen that we needed. However this company went out of their way over the course of two weeks to do everything in their power to get the screen and do it as quickly as possible. Of course this would be at the exact same time as the hurricane hit the South. UPS managed to completely lose the order and the district manager even went so far as to drive to another location where we thought the package has been delivered. In the end this shipment was never found. The company then ordered the screen directly from the manufacturer, paid the extra expenses, and alerted all staff that when the shipment arrived hers was to be the first to be repaired. In a situation like this customer service is what really matters. I cannot recommend CPR highly enough to anyone who needs their phone repaired. They really got it when it came to understanding her special requirements and needs and did everything in their power to help us. The extra steps they took meant everything to me as so many companies these days do the bare minimum. If you need a repair this is the place to go. I cannot thank them enough for their efforts and dedication to my daughter. If only every company understood and listened as well as they did life would be so much easier.

Store manager was helpful in determining cause of phone problem and it was not repairable.There was no upselling on his part. After our describing phone requirements, manager made recommendations and we successfully found a phone to our liking.We appreciate his patience and product knowledge. Would recommend this store for repairs or purchase of phone.
