Basic Qualifications: Strong team player Excellent customer service skills Ability to work independently: Comfortable working solo during shifts, managing store operations, assisting customers, and completing repairs while maintaining a high level of service. Willingness to learn and follow established processes Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends (Store hours: M-F 10-7, Sat 10-6, Sun 12-5) High school diploma or GED Technical, problem-solving, and analytical skills Organizational skills Experience repairing electronics, smartphones, tablets, and game consoles is a PLUS!
