As the face of our store, you'll help customers find soluctions for their device repair and technology needs while also helping us grow through sales, marketing, and community outreach. What You'll Do 

Customer Service & Sales 

• Welcome customers and provide a friendly, professional experience. 
• Educate customers on repair services, accessories, and phone sales. 
• Recommend products and services that best fit customer needs. 
• Create repair tickets, process sales transactions, and communicate repair timelines clearly. 
• Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries. 
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and confidently. 
• Help achieve individual and store sales goals. 
• Upsell accessories and services when appropriate. 

Marketing & Busines Development 

• Assist with local marketing initiatives and community outreach. 
• Help grow brand awareness through social media and promotional efforts. 
• Build relationships with local businesses and organizations. 
• Identify opportunities to generate new customers and increase store traffic. 
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional events. 
• Track leads, customer interactions, and sales opportunities. 

Store Operations 

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. 
• Work closely with technicians to ensure excellent communication with customers. 
• Support daily store operations and administrative tasks. 
• Help monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications 

• Minimum 1 year of customer service, sales, marketing, or related experience. 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
• Comfortable using computers.

Preferred Qualifications 

• Biligual in English and Spanish. 
• Experience in retail sales, wireles carriers, telecommunications, or consumer electronics. 
• Experience with social media marketing and community engagement. 
• Basic understanding of smartphone technology and mobile devices. 
• Experience working with business accounts or outside sales.
